They have two carousels and a train (trackless and no loud whistle) for kids to ride around in the mall. There's a sting ray exhibit, and an Aquarium restaurant as well as a Rainforest Cafe. It's a great family friendly place!
We went to Cock of the Walk for a great dinner served in pie tins and iced tea in tin cups. It reminded me of visits to my great aunts an d drinking fresh drawn icy cold well water from a dipper. Kids today have no idea what that means....okay, I'm old....
On the way back to the Boro we stopped to walk across a pedestrian bridge Mike and Connie had noticed several times during recent trips to Nashville. http://www.yelp.com/biz/cumberland-river-pedestrian-bridge-nashville Very nice!
Sunday after church and nap we went walking around Fortress Rosecrans here in the Boro. There is so much to do and see right here in town it's amazing. Greenways are big here in Middle Tennessee, maybe we'll tackle part of the Stone's River Greenway next weekend:http://www.traillink.com/ViewTrail.aspx?AcctID=6032144
